About Josh

Someone who shows up for Leominster

Josh Bowdridge has spent his career on the front lines of public safety and addiction recovery. A current member of the Leominster School Committee, he’s running for State Representative to bring that real-world experience to Beacon Hill and keep the focus where it belongs — on Leominster and the people of the 4th Worcester District.

Where Josh stands

Three priorities for the district

Public safety & recovery

Front-line experience keeping communities safe and helping people beat addiction — and a plan to fund police, fire, and paramedics for the long haul.

Affordability

Lower the cost of living — starting with energy bills — cut waste, and let Leominster families keep more of what they earn.

A rep who listens

Open, accountable government that answers to the neighborhoods — on growth, on schools, on every decision that touches your street.

A neighbor who shows up

Josh in the community

Real service, not a resume line — here’s where you’ll find Josh when he’s not knocking doors.

Leominster Trail Stewards

Trail Steward, Bayberry Hill · since 2021. Hands-on trail work — clearing downed trees and improving drainage to keep the trail safe and open for everyone.

The Phoenix

Group Facilitator. Leads run groups, mountain-bike rides, and fitness classes for people in recovery and those who support them. Movement as medicine.

Ripple Effect Recovery Center

Opioid Funding Committee Chair. Chairs the committee that reviews funding requests from people in recovery seeking help with sober housing.

Rawkstars

Board of Directors. A nonprofit bringing the power of music to underserved youth across New England — including kids involved in the justice system.

Wachusett Mountain Ski Patrol

Volunteer Ski Patroller. Responds to injured skiers and riders, maintains trail safety signage, and helps guests — year after year, in any conditions.
